Can Kaptio integrate into GDS or bring in inventory from 3rd party feeds?

We’ve developed a Software Development Toolkit (SDK) that enables developers to easily integrate any 3rd party data source into the applications for live inventory search and reservation. If you are interested to learn more please contact our sales team.

What's the difference between pricing plans?

All pricing plans share the same basic booking management & customer relationship management (CRM) functionalities including robust quote and booking management, supplier & product management and package management.

In addition to these features, the Enterprise & Enterprise Plus editions offer the ability to send out interactive quotes to customer as well as manage suppliers using Kaptio’s supplier automation management.

Enterprise Plus edition also has no limitations on the number of brands, languages or currencies.

Am I eligible for any discounts?

We offer great discounts for large teams and enterprise travel companies. Please contact our sales team for further details.

Do I have to purchase licenses from Salesforce.com, too?

All Kaptio Travel licenses include the Force.com OEM platform licenses. No additional licenses from Salesforce.com need to be purchased in order to run Kaptio Travel Booking & CRM Software.

Does Kaptio provide an online booking engine?

We are currently working with launch customers in delivering a fully integrated end-to-end online booking engine that brings selected data from Kaptio Travel’s product & sales back directly to the online consumer. If you are interested to learn more or want to become one of the development and launch customer for online bookings, please contact our sales team.

Can I upgrade editions anytime?

Yes, you can upgrade anytime. Contact your account executive for details on you can upgrade today.

Is a credit card required to sign up?

No. We don’t require a credit card during the trial, so you can try Kaptio Travel credit-card free.

What is the Free Trial process?

During the trial you have access to all Kaptio Travel features for 14 days. Our account executives will work with you to get you familiar with the system and up and running quickly. You also have full access to our knowledge base and all video tutorials, and you can always email our support team (support@kaptio.com) if you have any questions.

What happens at the end of the trial?

Your Kaptio Travel account executive will reach out and ask if you are ready to upgrade your free trial into a paid subscription. Your trial account will become your permanent account (all of your customizations, data, and actions remain intact). If you decide that you’re not ready for a paid subscription, at the end of your 14-day trial, your account will simply expire.
